Faculty: Hanna Hohenberg

Biography

Hanna Hohenberg is a garment designer of long experience and project diversity. She started designing dresses in Montreal. She designed, manufactured and sold women’s tenniswear under her “byHanna” label to colleges, teams and independent retailers in New England, New York and Florida. She has done freelance apparel design in the greater Boston area – including the first men’s line for “Timberland.” Hanna continues her freelance practice for a manufacturer of fleece garments. Hanna has volunteered her experience in the International Executive Service Corps program (US AID/ State Department) with six-week assignments in Armenia and Kyrgyzstan. Hanna was honored with the John R. Frazier Award for Excellence in Teaching, May 2008.
