Biography

Joon Oluchi Lee is on sabbatical for the 2012-2013 school year.

Joon Oluchi Lee was educated in South Korea, Iowa, Virginia, and Northern California. He is the author of “The Joy of the Castrated Boy.” He has two book projects: rainbowbabywoman, a theory of black femininity, and a book of short stories. He is also lipstickeater.blogspot.com.

Academic Research/Areas of Interest

Feminism and femininity, object theory, performance theory, fiction writing, African-American literature and culture, queer theory.
