Overview

The Financial Aid Office is committed to working with students and parents to reach the shared goal of preparing and educating creative people who aspire to make a meaningful contribution to our world.

Our student-focused staff works to help students and their families seek, obtain, and make the best use of all resources available to help them finance the costs of attending Rhode Island School of Design.

By developing a program that provides student aid through grants, loans, work-study programs and scholarships, RISD helps to make enrollment possible for qualified students whose personal financial resources on their own might not otherwise make it possible for them to attend.
