Faculty: Marc Rosenthal


After studying Architecture at Princeton University, and painting in graduate school, Marc worked for Milton Glaser as a graphic designer in New York before seeking refuge in illustration.

His work is seen regularly in national and international publications. He has illustrated many children's books. Several of his books, The Runaway Beard, and Dig! can still be found in bookstores. His book, Phooey! was published by Harper Collins in June 2007; Archie and the Pirates in the fall of 2009. His latest, in collaboration with his wife Eileen is called I Must Have Bobo. It has just come out (Jan 2011) from Simon & Schuster. The second Bobo book, I’ll Save You, Bobo is due out January 2012.
