Matthew Clowney’s photographs are in numerous collections both private and public, including the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, DC, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Woodmere Art Museum in Philadelphia.
Matthew received his MFA from RISD and his BFA from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. In the years between undergrad & grad school, Matthew worked commercially in New York, and was first assistant to Tina Barney. He's worked with a wide array of advertising, editorial, and corporate clients, including Coke, Hewlett-Packard, Fuji Film, W Magazine, The New York Times Magazine, Nasdaq, and many more.
