Parking

Students may rent parking spaces at Charles Landing Apartments by the semester, or on a short-term basis, if needed. Anyone parking in the lots at Charles Landing is required to display a valid parking permit in the lower left corner of the rear window of the vehicle. Permits may be purchased at the Residence Life Office or the Charles Landing Leasing Office. Rates are published with the Room Rate Summary. Residents of Charles Landing receive a preferential rate. All vehicles using the lots at Charles Landing must also comply with the parking regulations of the property management office as detailed in the Mount Vernon Company Tenant Handbook. Failure to register your vehicle or abide by the regulations will result in removal of the vehicle at the owner’s expense.
