Biography
Michael Savoia has been embroidering fabrics for the
nation’s top interior designers for over 20 years. Among his clients are Michael Smith, Thomas
Pheasant and The Wiseman Group.
His company, Villa Savoia, includes stock and custom
embroidery designs as well as a collection of fine of linen and wools as well
prints.
Having received a BS in Art Education and an MFA in Weaving
and Textile Design from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, his work has been
focused on textiles and their embellishment for the high end home furnishings
industry.
