Biography
Richard Killeaney was raised in San Deigo, CA. He received his BA in Studio Art and French
from Hobart College and a MFA in Textiles from Rhode Island School of Design in
2003. He has sold paper airplanes
professionally, taught art in a Children’s Museum, worked for a winery, and
taught English to French high school students.
Recently, he taught textile design to fashion students at Pratt
Institute in Brooklyn and other colleges.
He subscribes to the idea that green design can look good.
