LARRY BUSH
risd connection: Associate Professor and Head, Department of Ceramics medium: porcelain about my work: My ambition is to
make utilitarian ware that encourages an intimate interaction.
The meaning of my work lies in the way it might shape and give
texture to life. Nature is my model, sometimes literally, always
conceptually
. With function and form; color and texture;
history and need, I attempt a layering of forces and structures
similar to that found in natural things.
