ARCHITECTURE: TECHNOLOGY

Architecture majors are required to buy laptop computers as specified by the departmnet at the beginning of the sophomore or first graduate year.

Department resources include
CAD Lab with professional grade workstations running
Autocad 2005, Rhino 3, 3-D Studio and Adobe suite
architectural and graphics plotters
scanners
color, laser and large-format printers.

Students have access to a state of-the-art model shop, where they can explore the use of materials in relation to their projects, and an active gallery, where they can expect to have their work examined in the same space as that of practicing architects.
