CHECK-IN +
UNLOAD It all begins today when you pick up your room keys, get your ID card and, if you missed the deadline, turn in your required health form. Please note that you will not be allowed to begin classes until you have provided the necessary paperwork. If you wont be able to get here by 2pm, please call the Residence Life Office at 401 454-6650.
The Mailroom is located on the ground floor
of the Design Center (30 North Main Street) and will be open today from 8am-2pm. Your class schedule and registration materials will be in your mailbox. Information is also available on the RISD intranet at wa.risd.edu. For questions about registration, contact the Registrars Office at 401 454-6150.
Students and staff will greet you and give you
instructions about where to unload your belongings and help you in that
process. To prevent traffic problems, the driver should remain with the
car the entire time youre unloading.

INTERNATIONAL
STUDENT ORIENTATION IS SEPTEMBER 8-11, 2009
Please stop by the special check-in area designated for
you. Plan to bring your passport and I-20 to the information session
for international students on Monday, September 10.
BROWN/RISD DUAL DEGREE ORIENTATION BEGINS SEPTEMBER 5, 2009
Brown/RISD Dual Degree students may move in to the residence halls on Saturday, September 5. The special Brown/RISD Dual Degree and general Brown orientation programs are September 5-8. Brown University classes begin on Wednesday, September 9.
