Jiminie Ha

Jiminie Ha is the founder of With Projects, Inc., a multidisciplinary studio founded in 2008 that began as a gallery in New York City. With a collective background in fine arts, curating, creative direction, design, publishing and fashion, the With Projects team focuses on publishing and product development. Clients and collaborators include Condé Nast, Harvard Design Magazine, Rafael de Cardenas, Yang Li, Frederic Malle, Marianne Boesky Gallery, Yemenwed, Paloma Powers, UOVO, American Academy in Rome, Arp, The Alps, and Maison Martin Margiela. Ha has led redesigns of Bidoun Magazine,Capricious Magazine, Art Asia Pacific Magazine and Surface Magazine. The studio’s arts journal White Zinfandel, which first appeared in 2011, explores the intersections between various creative fields, continuing With Projects’ curatorial experiment by coupling food and art as a reliable means to provoke unexpected reactions, cravings and curiosities.

Ha earned her BA from Brown University and her MFA from the Yale School of Art and won the Alice Kimball English Traveling Fellowship in 2007 and the Rome Prize Fellowship in 2012. In addition to teaching at RISD, she continues to act as a critic at Yale University, Parsons the New School for Design and Syracuse University School of Architecture.
