Jonathan Bonner

Providence-based artist Jonathan Bonner has shown his sculpture, installation and works on paper in more than 40 solo exhibitions and is represented in public and private collections throughout the US. He has completed many large-scale, site-specific commissions, including a piece for Boston’s Nashua Street Park and one at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.

Bonner earned a BFA from the Philadelphia College of Art and an MFA in Sculpture from RISD. He has earned a number of grants and fellowships, including a Rhode Island State Council on the Arts Fellowship and two National Endowment for the Arts Fellowships.
