David OConnor
Photographer David OConnor regularly captures shots like this one of students at work in the studio. The skeleton hanging out in the background is from the Edna W. Lawrence Nature Lab, which is celebrating its 70th anniversary this fall through a series of special events and programs. Since its inception, this extraordinary RISD resource has inspired students to explore and learn from the remarkable patterns, forms, colors and overall design successes of nature.
