Offices

The office of Construction Planning and Management (CPM) is responsible for the planning and oversight of all construction projects on campus. This includes: understanding project program, selection of the design team and contractor, monitoring design, budgeting, construction, and project close out. CPM also provides the school with budgeting and schedule information for capital planning.
