Our mission is to serve as a resource by providing leadership, consultation and pro-active services to faculty and staff members regarding human resource management in support of RISD’s educational mission, and to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive human resource management program.

The goal of our comprehensive program is to sustain a diverse workforce where all members of the community can thrive and are valued for their contributions. Our team strives to provide the highest level of service to all of our constituents.
