RISD offers an exciting range of travel opportunities in diverse fields of art and design. College-level students, artists, arts educators, museum members and friends of RISD are invited to combine their personal exploration of visual arts with a chance to expand their horizons, all within the context of a foreign culture. Depending on the particular travel program, participants have the opportunity to earn college credit, build skills and broaden their creative resources for a lifetime.

In addition to the travel programs offered to supporters of the college and The RISD Museum, and through Continuing Education, international study is an integral part of RISD’s degree programs.
