Sean McCoy

Lecturer

Sean McCoy is a writer and teacher of writing. His work engages geography, memory and aridity at the overlap of poetry and prose. He holds a BA in Political Theory from Pomona College and an MFA in Literary Arts from Brown University, where he won the Mark Baumer Prize in Language Art and the Feldman Prize in Fiction. In addition to teaching at RISD, he is visiting lecturer at Brown and MassArt.
