Jodi Leo is an interaction designer, user researcher and educator who brings 15+ years of experience to RISD. She is currently a member of the design and research leadership at Nava PBC, a public benefit corporation working with government agencies to radically improve digital services for the people it serves. In addition to teaching at RISD, she works as a mentor, speaks at design conferences (most recently at the 2018 IxDA Summit) and has been a professor in the School of Visual Arts’ Master’s in Interaction Design program since 2011.
