Susan Williams

Susan Williams is a designer and researcher investigating the relationship between textiles and architecture. She holds a BFA in Textiles from Rhode Island School of Design and a MArch from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Susan was a researcher at both the MIT Media Lab and the MIT Self-Assembly Lab, and in 2024 she co-edited Thresholds 52: Disappearance. She previously worked as a textile designer at Maharam and is currently practicing architecture in Boston.
