Alexander Wenstrup

Alex Wenstrup is an interdisciplinary artist whose practice engages architecture, photography, wood, and glass. His work is driven by material processes and explores how images and patterns translate across mediums and scales, with particular attention to the optical qualities of glass, including distortion, depth, perspective, and light.
Wenstrup received an MArch from RISD and a BS in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign. His work has been exhibited in Providence and Prague.
