Kip McMahan

Christopher (Kip) McMahan, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP has served as a principal architect providing direction on numerous higher education and commercial real estate projects with architecture firms in Providence, Boston and New York, and is currently campus planning leader at AECOM. He is the former university architect and executive director of facilities planning and delivery at University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he placed an emphasis on project charters to manage scope and budget. A strategic thinker, he provides leadership for master plans and capital projects and is proficient in capital budgets, client programming and early design through construction administration.
