Kip McMahan

Critic, Interior Architecture

Christopher (Kip) McMahan is a campus planning leader at AECOM with over 30 years of experience in New England and New York. In his recent capacity as assistant vice chancellor of facility planning and delivery, and university architect at UW Madison, Kip provided direction for projects in planning, design and construction in excess of $1.4 B. He has provided leadership on projects in higher education for the planning, programming and design of residence hall, classroom, research, athletic and library projects. His background in large-scale commercial real estate development includes leading design direction on many market-based projects.
